Incredimail Message Rules

a message rule for one person! There
are several ways to do this. This is
to give you an idea of how to do it!
- Let's Start:
- Open Incredimail
- Go to Tools/Message Rules
First you will need to create a folder
so that the messages have somewhere
to go!
Right click on Inbox, choose new sub
folder, then give it a name!
Ok, very confusing, I will take it step
by step or in this case, number by number.
1. Click the pull down menu by clicking
on the arrow to the right of the "If"
Choose the "From line contains"
As you see at this point there are several
ways to configure a message rule! You can choose
To, Subject line, and several other options!
2. Click on the rectangular box to the right of my name!
You can either scroll to where the address is in
your address book, or you can paste the
name you see on the email in the from field as above
3. Click the arrow and choose "Move it to"
4. Click on the rectangular box the arrow is pointing
to, then browse to the folder you just created!
Since we have already created the folder it is
ready for you!
Click Ok
Once you click ok. you will have the opportunity of
trying out the rule. Click "Apply Now" to test it
If this works you are done! :)
